Who is responsible

TJ Developer is the independent company of Tim Johan, based in Amstelveen. For questions about this page or your data, email tim@tjdeveloper.nl.

Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, your name, email address and message are processed so your request can be answered. There is no other purpose.

The form is protected with Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a human rather than a bot. Your message is sent through Resend, the service that actually delivers the email to Tim's inbox.

AI assistant

When you ask the assistant on this site a question, that message is sent to OpenAI to generate a response. This happens through the OpenAI Responses API with `store: false`, meaning the response is not stored as application state on OpenAI's side; OpenAI may still process or briefly retain the request under its own applicable API data-retention and security policies.

TJ Developer does not intentionally log the text of your message or the assistant's answer. Limited technical information about a request is recorded, such as whether it succeeded, how long it took, and how many tokens (text fragments) were used. That data says nothing about the content of the conversation.

Technology and hosting

This website runs on Vercel. As with virtually any website, that comes with normal technical traffic needed to operate the site and prevent abuse, such as requests reaching the server and a simple limit on how many messages you can send the assistant per hour.

This site does not currently use any analytics or tracking tools and does not set tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data has been processed about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing tim@tjdeveloper.nl.

This page is updated whenever the way this site processes data changes.
